Minecraft movie adds Wednesday's Emma Myers

The Minecraft movie is still quite a ways off, but progress is being made on the casting side of things.
Today we’ve learned that Wednesday’s Emma Myers has has locked in a spot in the Minecraft movie. As of this time, we have no idea who Emma will be portraying, and it will likely be quite some time until we do. Myers joins Jason Momoa, Danielle Brooks and Sebastian Eugene Hansen as other confirmed cast members.
The Minecraft film is coming from Vertigo, co-financier Legendary, Mojang/Microsoft and Momoa’s On the Roam. Producers on the project include Roy Lee, Jon Berg, Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Momoa, Torfi Frans Olafsson, Vu Bui and the late Jill Messick. EPs are Todd Hallowell, Kayleen Walters, Brian Mendoza and Jonathan Spaihts.
