Google's most-searched game of 2023 revealed

As 2023 winds down, Google has released their look back at what the biggest searches of the year were. That includes a peek into what games people were eager to learn about, giving us the top 10 most-searched games of 2023. The list, according to/compiled by Google is as follows:

  1. Hogwarts Legacy
  2. The Last of Us
  3. Connections
  4. Battlegrounds Mobile India
  5. Starfield
  6. Baldur’s Gate 3
  7. Suika Game
  8. Diablo IV
  9. Atomic Heart
  10. Sons of the Forest

I’m guessing most people will find the top 10 Google gaming searches of 2023 to be both sensible and wild. There are some titles on there that may seem surprising for the top 10, especially when you consider how hype died down, if not crashed altogether shortly after the titles launched. What do you find to be the biggest surprise in this year’s top 10?
