Celebrate the season—Cetoddle, Cetitan, and more are coming to Pokémon GO!

Make some hot chocolate and don that sweater to catch some Pokémon who will be sporting their holiday best! The holiday season is coming to Pokémon GO starting Monday, December 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and running all the way to Sunday, December 31, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers can walk in a winter wonderland as the entire Pokémon GO map will be filled with snow.

As for the holiday presents, included in the event: Trainers will be able to choose their bonus via branching Timed Research paths. One path grants 2× XP for catching Pokémon while the other grants 2× Stardust. Be on the lookout as new Pokémon will make their debuts while holiday-themed avatar items and stickers will help Trainers get in the festive spirit.
