Just yesterday, we shared that a free demo for Another Code: Recollection was added to the Switch eShop. Following that launch, Nintendo has also released a trio of videos for the game. One of them shows off more gameplay in general, while the other two spotlight the English and Japanese voice acting. You can check out all three in this post.

Another Code: Recollection launches on Jan. 19, but you can get an early start to your sleuthing with a free demo available now in Nintendo eShop. The demo features the starting chapter of Another Code: Two Memories, the first of two stories in Another Code: Recollection. (Fans of the Nintendo DS system may remember this refreshed adventure by another name: Trace Memory!)

In the demo, you’ll join Ashley – a young orphan – after she receives a letter from her father who she believed was dead. The letter sets off a chain of mysteries and leads her to the mysterious and remote Blood Edward Island in search of answers. Follow the beginning of her story and start your exploration, then carry your progress over to the full game once purchased. You may catch a glimpse of the puzzling obstacles you’ll come across – but who, or what will you encounter on the other side?

Another Code: Recollection features two enhanced mystery adventures – including the sequel that was previously unreleased in North America. Uncover the past and find the hidden truth across both games, featuring overhauled visuals, fully explorable environments, new voice acting, puzzles and music. Optional hint and navigation systems have also been added to help players who might be new to adventure games.

Another Code: Recollection is now available for pre-order at select retailers, in the My Nintendo Store and in Nintendo eShop at a suggested retail price of $59.99. This game is also available for purchase with a Nintendo Switch Game Voucher for Nintendo Switch Online members!
