Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom voted #1 in Famitsu's Super Popular Game Awards 2023

Another year in gaming, another round-up from various game publications the world over. That includes Famitsu magazine, which has just shared the results of their prestigious Famitsu Super Popular Game Awards 2023.
For those who don’t know, the Famitsu Super Popular Game Awards are voted on by hundreds of game developers and gaming fans/celebrities in order to cultivate a more definitive list of the year’s biggest and best games. This time around, Famitsu scraped together 188 Japanese game creators and celebs to see which game came out above all others.
The results of this year’s vote have come in, and we now know that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom was picked as Famitsu’s #1 Super Popular Game for 2023. We don’t know the specific number of people who picked Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as their #1, but it was enough to shoot the game straight to the top.

4M agoVery happy to see FF16 on there. A different FF game but what a fine one it is.
I have yet to play the other games on the list but they are all on my wish-list so should just get going to it.
