SUNSOFT shares a new year's animation for Ufouria: The Saga 2
Starting the new year off with a bang
SUNSOFT previously announced that Ufouria: The Saga 2 will launch for Switch on February 29th, 2024. As we wait for the game’s arrival, SUNSOFT has shared a Ufouria-themed new year’s animation to kick off 2024. You can give that quick cartoon above.
In Japan, Ufouria: The Saga 2 will see both a digital and physical release, with the digital priced at 3,300 yen and the physical edition coming in at 4,950 yen. Diehard fans of Ufouria: The Saga 2 will also be able to get a special edition physical release in Japan, and it includes the following:
- a copy of the game
- soundtrack CD with music from Ufouria: The Saga 2 and the Famicom version of Ufouria: The Saga
- Hebe plushie
- golden Kerasu
- poop pin badge
- mini whiteboard magnet
In Ufouria: The Saga 2, it’s up to Bop-Louie and his friends to save the world from the invading aliens! We’re keeping the big map and Metroidvania gameplay, but with randomized elements to keep you on your toes. The characters and stages from the original are also back, stylized in felt and craft materials for maximum cuteness and charm.
