Zelda: TotK player makes an airship that doesn't need energy cells

Most of us may have sunk a month or two into The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom only to move on once we rid Hyrule of Ganon once again. For every player who fought evil’s incarnate and then called it a day, there’s another player who’s still scouring the landscape to see how they can bend Tears of the Kingdom to their will.

One such example of that kind of player is Scalhoun03, who has spent an incredible amount of time figuring out how to make a very unique airship. It’s quite likely you spent at least a bit of time flying through the unfriendly skies of Hyrule through the creation of a battery-powered craft. Scalhoun03 has been soaring just the same, but they’ve been traveling with a design that doesn’t need a single energy cell.

The build that Scalhoun03 has come up with doesn’t need Zonai charges or energy cells to stay aloft. All that’s required are a very specific set of items built in an exact way, and then you too can fly high without worry for energy. The trick to getting this ship to soar comes from a twisting force that’s generated by a steering stick. It’s some next-level thinking as far as design goes, and it’s far beyond anything I can understand!
