Good Smile Co. opens pre-orders for King of Fighters 97 'Mai' Pop Up Parade figurine

Good Smile Company has revealed has officially opened pre-orders for their Pop Up Parade figure of Mai Shiranui, with the design based off her appearance in King of Fighters 97. This figure measures 6.6 inches and is priced at just $32. For those who don’t know, Pop Up Parade is a series of figures that are affordably priced, each standing around 17-18cm in height.
While Mai can be pre-ordered today, you’ll be waiting quite some time for this figurine to show up. Good Smile Co. estimates that the figure will be shipping out sometime in Q4 2024, so put this one on your calendar and get ready to pass quite a bit of time until it arrives. You could always play some King of Fighters to keep busy while you wait!
Mai Shiranui made her debut in Fatal Fury 2 as the last Shiranui ninja heiress and the girlfriend of Andy Bogard. She also appears in almost every game in The King of Fighters series, being one of the founders of the Women Fighters Team, along with King and Yuri Sakazaki. (h/t SNK Fandom)
