NieR Automata Ver1.1a Pod drink holders/accessory stands revealed

When it comes to merch posts on GoNintendo, Pokémon has to take the cake. There’s always some new item in the works at Pokémon Co., but honestly, when it comes to 2023, NieR:Automata merch was a close second. The amount of merch associated with the NieR:Automata line in 2024 is already staggering, and today brings us yet another item for the product onslaught.

This time around, NieR:Automata fans in Japan will soon be able to snag NieR Automata Ver1.1a 2B, 9S, and A2 Pod figures that act as drink holders and accessory stands. These Pods measure 7.68 inches, and depending on which you get, they can hold drink glasses, rings, accessories, and other small items.

If you’re interested in either the accessory stands or the drink holders, both will be available in Japan sometime in late July 2024. It’s also worth noting that these will be available through arcade machines only. Should they pop up somewhere else or appear on an import retailer, we’ll be sure to let you know.
