Among Us has not only been an incredible hit, but also a cultural phenomenon. Millions of people continue to play the game, while the internet at large still cranks out Among Us related memes and jokes on the daily. Soon, all those following the franchise will have even more to talk about, as a big project has been revealed.

Back in June of last year, CBS Studios revealed that they are working on an Among Us animated series, which will be handled by CBS Eye Animation Productions. Owen Dennis, creator of Infinity Train, will serve as creator and executive producer on the project. While things have been quiet on the show following that reveal, today brings us the new artwork you see above. This also comes with a message from InnerSloth communications director Victoria Tran, who says we’re getting “closer and closer” to the time when the team can talk more about this show.

The official logline for the show reads as follows:

“Members of your crew have been replaced by an alien shapeshifter intent on causing confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Root out the ‘Impostor’ or fall victim to its murderous designs.”

Titmouse (“Big Mouth,” “Star Trek: Lower Decks”) will be the animation studio for the series, and a network home for the show is yet to be named.
