Arcade Archives: Face Off comes to Switch Feb. 8th, 2024

HAMSTER Co. is happy to announce that Silkworm will be released for Nintendo Switch on Feb. 1st, 2024, available digitally for Arcade Archives series by HAMSTER. “Face Off” is a arcade sports sim released by Namco in 1988.

Face Off is an ice hockey game where up to four players control players from one of eight hockey teams against each other, the objective being to score the most points before the timer ends. The eight teams available include Canada, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Japan, the Soviet Union, Sweden, and the United States. Tournament Mode has one to two players face four CPU-controlled teams, while Versus Mode enables up to four players competing against each other. (h/t Wiki)
