The Switch is in its 7th year, but you wouldn’t know it by the sales figures. The hardware keeps selling and its games are bringing in players by the millions. It’s a pretty staggering achievement for Nintendo, especially when you consider just how rough things were during the Wii U era.

During Nintendo’s investor Q&A, a question came up about the Switch’s continued success on both the hardware and software front. Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa talked about how well both evergreen and new titles are doing, and also attributed some of Super Mario Bros. Wonder’s success to both the Super Mario Bros.
