First 4 Figures has worked with the Okami franchise a number of times, releasing all sorts of gorgeous statues showcasing various characters from the series. Looks like they still have more to do with the IP though, as First 4 Figures has revealed that they’re adding one more statue to their Okami collection.
The video above reveals that First 4 Figures is hard at work on an Okami statue that puts the spotlight on Waka. Pre-orders for this statue will open on March 21st, 2024, and that’s when full details and pricing information will be shared as well. We’ll no doubt get a better look at this Waka statue as the days roll on, but for now you can enjoy a teaser video above.
Waka is a mysterious character that appears in Okami and briefly in Okamiden. The guardian of the Moon Cave, leader of the Tao Troopers, and a self-proclaimed prophet, he often interferes with Amaterasu’s plans and missions. (h/t Fandom)
