NetEase Games is pleased to announce that the remastered version of Shadows of the Damned – the 2011 PS3/Xbox 360 action-adventure title developed by Goichi “Suda51” Suda-led Grasshopper Manufacture – will soon be released for Switch as Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered. Additionally, the official Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered website is now live as well.

Prior to its release, Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered will be on display with a playable demo available at PAX East 2024, one of the largest gaming events in North America, to be held in Boston from Thursday, March 21st through Sunday, March 24th. A special video featuring GhM and SotD:HR at PAX East will be posted to the Grasshopper Archives YouTube channel at a later date, so keep an eye out for that, too.

Shadows of the Damned is an action-adventure game taking place in a supper-eccentric “Hell + rock & roll”-themed world, originally released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2011.

The game takes players on a wild ride with demon hunter Garcia Hotspur, as he kicks demon ass and makes his way through the darkest depths of Hell, lighting up the darkness with his burning passion on a mission to rescue his true love from an insidious demon king.
