Niantic are holding a “Spot Challenge” mini-event at the “Pikmin Terrace in Miyajima SA”, at the Miyajima Service Area (Outbound) in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture! This event kicks off today and runs all the way to August 31, 2024 JST.
When you are at the Pikmin Terrace in Miyajima SA, you will receive a mission to walk 500 steps. Clear the mission to receive a Gold Seedling that grows into a Present Sticker (Gold) Red Decor Pikmin.
If you don’t clear the mission while at Miyajima SA, you can still clear it afterwards. The mission is available only once per user. Once you clear it, you won’t receive it again even if you visit the Pikmin Terrace in Miyajima SA more than once during the event.
Swipe down on the Special Spot near the dedicated shop to receive a Gold Seedling that grows into a Fortune Decor Pikmin.
- This Special Spot is the same one that appears in-game since January 29th.
- The color of the Pikmin and the type of “Omikuji” will be randomized.
- The amount of Gold Seedlings you can receive from this Special Spot is limited to one per day, per user.
The Pikmin Terrace event includes a special store where you can purchase exclusive Pikmin merchandise, a photo spot that’ll sure make for great commemorative photos, and a quiz activity too! Don’t forget to snap some AR photos with your Pikmin during your visit!
