Square Enix Café hosting a Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster event

Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Series came to Switch roughly one year ago, and the titles have sold a combined 2+ million worldwide across all platforms combined. To celebrate the series’ success and one-year anniversary, Square Enix will soon be hosting a special event in Japan.

Japan’s Square Enix Café is going to get a Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Series collaboration event, and it’s set to kick off sometime in Summer 2024. Oddly enough, Square Enix hasn’t shared a single detail on what visitors can expect from this event, but hopefully the specifics are shared soon.

If the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Series collaboration event goes anything like other Square Enix Café promotions, customers can expect the location to get a complete makeover featuring all sorts of Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Series artwork and more. There will likely also be a menu makeover with all sorts of Final Fantasy-themed treats. Of course, expect some exclusive merch to be up for grabs as well.
