Masahiro Sakurai is back with another installment in his game development video series, and this time around he’s offering up a feature related to the “Graphics” category.

According to Sakurai, objects in games are weightless, insubstantial imitations—and yet, they don’t feel that way thanks to all the hard work creators put into maintaining the illusion. That doesn’t come about easily!

Coming up with attractive visuals for a game is one thing, but making those images matter and bringing them to life is a completely different thing. It takes a whole team of people to make that happen, and when everything clicks into place, it can be a real game-changer!
