Trainers, prepare to strike gold in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet! From Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PDT to Monday, May 5, 2024, at 4:59 p.m. PDT, look for mass outbreaks of the following Pokémon in these locations:
- Paldea – Magikarp and Varoom
- Kitakami – Shinx
- Blueberry Academy – Rellor
Shiny Pokémon are more likely to appear in these special mass outbreaks, so don’t miss out on this golden opportunity to find one!
Mass outbreaks are a phenomenon in which many of the same species of Pokémon appear in one location. To participate in mass outbreak events, you will need to download the latest Poké Portal News and install the latest update data for your game.

9d agoAhhhhhhhh... Catching three male and three female shiny Shinx will probably kill me. Not to forget that Magikarp and Gyarados have gender specific differences as well...

5d agoAfter using some herba mystica I managed to get all shinies I wanted, but it was a painful process.
