New Zelda: Breath of the Wild Any% speedrun record set

Five years after the game released, speedrunners are trying to squeeze every last second they can out of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild runs. Believe it or not, it’s still possible to shave a considerable amount of time off of some runs, and that’s exactly what Player5 has done.

Player5 has just snagged himself the top any% speedrun in the world, clocking in at 24:15. The goal of an any% speedrun is simply to get to the end of the game and roll credits, so there’s no item collection or other hoops to jump through here.
