Square Enix Music shares a NieR:Automata "Weight of the World" piano cover
Another beautiful tune
Square Enix Music has been sharing a decent amount of covers lately, and that trend continues with yet another video. In the clip above, you can hear a piano cover of “Weight of the World” from NieR:Automata, which was composed by Keiichi Okabe and is performed here by Takurou Iga.
NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition, the Switch version of NieR:Automata, is an award-winning post-apocalyptic action RPG that has achieved deep-rooted popularity around the world. In the distant future, invaders from another world attack without warning, unleashing a new type of threat: weapons known as “machine lifeforms.” In the face of this insurmountable threat, mankind is driven from Earth and takes refuge on the Moon. As 2B, a member of the newly organized android military force YoRHa, players will immerse themselves in a ferocious battle to take back the planet.
The above version of Weight of the World from NieR:Automata was both recorded and mixed by Junichiro ”ojjy” Ojima, and the recording session itself was held at FREEDOM STUDIO INFINITY.
