First 4 Figures shares another look at their Sonic the Hedgehog 2 "Sonic Mountain Chase" statue

First 4 Figures has worked with SEGA countless times to release Sonic-related statues, and it seems to be a winning combination for the two. That’s why the collaborative product line is continuing, and next we have something from a fan-favorite adventure.

The video above offers a new look at the Sonic Mountain Chase statue from First 4 Figures, which aims to capture an iconic scene from Sonic Adventure 2. As usual, F4F isn’t ready to reveal the full details, or even the full statue yet, but we do get a nice glimpse of what’s to come.

This statue pays homage to Sonic’s battle with the drones on the snowy mountain in the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie, faithfully capturing Sonic snowboarding down the mountain. The base vividly depicts the icy landscape of the scene.

Pre-orders for the Sonic Mountain Chase statue open on June 18th, 2024, and we’ll no doubt get plenty of sneak peeks and details as we lead up to that date. We’ll be sure to bring you all the tidbits as they release!
