The Resident Evil franchise continues to be a juggernaut for Capcom. Multiple installments have moved millions upon millions, and now the latest mainline release has hit a major milestone.

Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Village has reached 10 million units sold worldwide. That tally actually comes from March 31st, 2024, so there’s no doubt the game is inching ever closer to the 11 million mark by now. Resident Evil Village launched back in 2021, with a cloud version hitting Switch in Oct. 2022.
