Sonic X Shadow Generations is heading to Switch October 25th, 2024, and it’s a new collection featuring two unique experiences. This time around, you get to play as Shadow in a brand-new story campaign featuring never-before-seen abilities that prove why he’s known as the Ultimate Life Form.
Sonic X Shadow Generations will let you speed through iconic stages from Shadow’s history, discover hidden secrets in an expansive hub world, and unlock new powers to take on Black Doom and save the world. Back when the second movie came out, there was the big reveal of Shadow. When movie two was being developed and that idea was present, we really wanted to make sure, when movie three came out – if there was going to be a movie three – at that point we knew we needed to start thinking about what we could deliver, what we could make to release as the same time as movie three, whatever it would be. That was the idea behind making Shadow Generations content.
