Bandai releases Kirby gummy line with "sucking action"

You name a merch idea and Nintendo and HAL have slapped Kirby on it. T-shirts, plush dolls, face masks, figurines, the list goes on and on. That laundry list of items also includes plenty of snacks, and one more item has just seen release in Japan.

Bandai has just launched a series of Kirby gummies in Japan, and you can snag a package for just $1. The gummies in this lineup take on the shape of familiar Kirby characters and items, and you can expect flavors such as peach, lemon, and apple.

The really interesting thing about these gummies is that they apparently have “sucking action.” It seems some of the gummies have holes in them, which lets you suck air through as you eat them. Why bother to add in something like that? To give you the feeling of what it’s like to be Kirby, of course!
