If you thought the wave of Kingdom Hearts 20th anniversary merch was done, you were sorely mistaken. Square Enix, Disney, and Sony have teamed up for the latest item, and it might be one of the best yet.
Sony has officially unveiled a Kingdom Hearts 20th anniversary Sony Walkman and wireless earbuds. The Sony Walkman will cost ¥36,000 (about $280), and the wireless earbuds will cost ¥34,000 (about $267). Those who pick these up will get a free download code for the Japanese version of “Simple and Clean” by Utada Hikaru.
For those wondering, this Walkman is a limited edition model of the high-resolution NW-A105 Sony Walkman. It features 16GB of storage and can be expanded with a microSD card. As of right now, these items are only available in Japan.
