Stardew Valley dev shares small details on the upcoming 1.6 update

While ConcernedApe, the dev behind Stardew Valley, might be hard at work on Haunted Chocolatier, they’re not going to turn their back on the game that brought them an insane amount of success. A version 1.6 update is in the works for Stardew Valley, and we have a little insight into what it’ll include.

According to ConcernedApe, Version 1.6 for Stardew Valley is mostly a modding-focused update, but it’ll include some new content as well. As for details on what new content will be included, it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer for that information.

ConcernedApe was also asked about a potential Version 1.7 update, but it appears that’s up in the air right now. If there are any plans to bring that update out, ConcernedApe isn’t ready to talk about them yet.
