Neon White dev says 'no concrete plans' for physical release at this time

Neon White came to Switch just a couple weeks back, and it’s been getting a ton of praise from critics and gamers alike. Not surprisingly, this has also brought up conversation of a physical version, as collectors want to secure hard copies as soon as possible.
In an interview with Goombastomp, developer Ben Esposito was asked about the likelihood of a physical release. Unfortunately, while it seems like Esposito is interested, there don’t seem to be any plans. You can read his full statement on the matter below.
It’s something that I think would be really cool! We haven’t even started discussing that. So yeah, I can say it’s something that I think would be really awesome, but we don’t have any concrete plans just yet.
