Niantic has revealed another special Decor Pikmin for Pikmin Bloom, and this one’s going to be around for a limited time.
To celebrate the upcoming International Chess Day, on July 20th, Niantic will be holding a special event where you’ll be able to meet your very own “Chess Piece” Decor Pikmin. This limited-time event runs from July 18th to July 31st, 2022.
During the event, you’ll receive a “Golden Seedling” at the end of all Weekly Challenges (Please note that you will not receive this seedling if you leave a challenge halfway through). “Golden Seedlings” received during this event require only 100 steps to grow into “Chess Piece” Decor Pikmin.
Additionally, during the event, you will find Huge seedlings marked with a “Special Event” icon during your walks. These will also grow into “Chess Piece” Decor Pikmin.
