Another worker has filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board against Nintendo and its contractor firm, Aston Carter. This marks the second time this year that a worker has filed a complaint against Nintendo.

This complaint states that Nintendo has established “coercive rules” and in retaliated, discharged or disciplined a worker for engaging in protected activity with others. This usually relates to efforts to squash plans workers have to try and form a union, but specifics were not shared in this complaint.

We won’t hear the results of this complaint from the NLRB for a number of months. For the time being, both Nintendo and Aston Carter declined to comment.

Difficult to say either way here until more information comes to light.
