Epic previously announced that all Fortnite proceeds from March 20th, 2022 through April 3rd, 2022 will go to humanitarian relief for people affected by the war in Ukraine. In just one day, Epic has already amassed quite a bit of charity.
According to the official Fortnite Twitter, players have managed to bring in $36 million in funds for the Ukraine. Again, this charity effort goes until April 3rd, 2022, so there’s plenty of time to bring in a very considerable sum for the Ukraine. That said, things are off to an excellent start!
