The latest episode of NES Works once again dives into the Japanese side of things. While the NES saw a ton of releases over its years, there were many others that never saw localization. This time around, we dive deep into a trio of titles that Japan got to enjoy, only one of which saw localization back in the day.

In this episode, check out a recap for Kinnikuman, Sky Destroyer, and Ninja Jajamaru-Kun. Kinnikuman is the one title that saw localization for the NES as Tag Team Match: M.U.S.C.L.E., while Sky Destroyer, despite its English name, never made it outside of Japan. Then there’s Ninja Jajamaru-Kun, which didn’t head over to North America until the days of the Wii Virtual Console.
